Does anybody know the relationship between damsels in clowns? Would it be safe to put 2 perculas or 2 tomatoes in with 2 3 stripe damsels? Please let me know! Thanx
Like Teetee said, we need to know how big the tank is. Also what you've got for other fish. Do you have plenty of LR so the fish can have their own territories?

I have a 20gal with a yellow tail Damsel and a false perc. They get along fine, but the clown is bigger than the damsel.
I don't know about 3 stripes and tomatoes.
Damsels are aggressive fish. They become worse with age. Most people try to get them out of their tanks after cycling.
Unless the clowns are a mated pair they will usually fight to the death. It is possible to keep single specimens of different species together if the tank has enough room.
Some people recommend a 30 gal tank for a single clown and a 50 gal tank for multiple clowns.
I think my fish are wierd. I've got a 20gal with one yellow tail damsel and one false perc. Those two fish are the best of friends, one is never far from the other swimming together all day and sleeping close together at night.I consider my self lucky with that damsel.
i have a maroon clown in my 55 wiht two yellowtails and a domino...the maroon picks on the domino, who picks on the big yellowtail, who picks on teh small one...
i think they should do fine as long as there is plenty of rockwork or hiding places for them. Clownfish are part of the chromis family just like damsels (correct me if im wrong). Even some clowns can be agressive in certain situations.
