Dangerous Worms??

I was looking at my 125 fowlr the other day and noticed my black sailfin blenny had about 4 to 5 very small worm looking things attached to its body. Also my snowflake eel has one attached to his nostral. What are these little worm like things and are they deadly to my fish? How do I get rid of them?
