Dark spots on Clown, ok?

Is my clown changing colors, does he have black freckels, or is this a disease? He is acting fine. Happy as a clam. :notsure:

oh, also, my neon gobies, have white ick. I thought they were supposed to eat it, not get it. They are about a week old in the tank. Will they get better with no treatment?
