Darn Minibow 7 Lighting!

I'm having a heck of a time figuring out how to upgrade the stock lighting on my 7. It's not set up - still in box. Would love to be able to slip something right into the stock fixture. What is everyone else using??? CSL is out I hear - so what options do I have? I'd like to keep the hood as is and just swap bulbs with little modification if possible.

I used a 32 watt SmartLite Retrofit Kit.. found on **** web site. I was able to install w/little help my hubby!!
