dead feather dusters

should i remove the dead feather dusters
that have died on my rock? will that
cause a high phosphate problem?

If your sure they are dead by all means remove them.leaving them could start a algae bloom.But make sure there dead I've had them loose there feathers and thought the same thing then felt them and they moved a month later they regrew there feathers.

if they ard indeed dead take them out check and see if they are moving in their tubes...[
