Dead fish. Now what?

Woke up this morning and my poor 2" juvenille yellow tang is dead. Its been acting strange for about a week now, and i cant seem to get him to eat. I tried everything; flakes, brine shrimp, lettuce, nori....oh well dosent matter now.
The water is fine i just tested.
How much water should i change? How long shojuld i wait until i get a new fish?
4 percs, blood & cleaner shrimp currently.

-How long have you had this fish?
-Was it ever eating?
-If it is a new addition, did you see it eat at the LFS?
-What are your exact water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, salinity, temperature)?
-What else did you try feeding the fish besides the things that you mentioned? There is a good chance that he may not have liked any of them.

I would also like to know, the size of your tank and how you aclimated it?
