dead hermits?

I found two of my small 1/2" hermits out of there shell and dead any idea whats killing them
Tank mates
1 large electric blue hermit
1 snowflake eel
3 medium emeralds
1 large sally lightfoot
20 small hermits
20 turbos
20 naz
yellow tail blenny
scooter blenny
sand sifter star

maybe the sally..lfs said they get mean when older. could have died naturally. might not have been acclimated properly.

It's the snowflake eel. I have one and that is what they eat.
