Are you seeing alot of Skeleton on the Kenya? If so it might be on its way out, Any chance for a pic? AS far as TUBE ANEMONE, If you think its dieing, you must remove it, you dont want it to pollute your tank, DID you check your water to make sure everything looks "normal"?

YES REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY,, it is dieing and probably releasing toxins into the water, how long has it been like that? HAVE you checked your water permaters lately? I would really recommend doing a water as soon as you can and running some fresh carbon for a few days!

If your anemone has lost most of its tube, tentacles and is spewing white stuff? I would remove it asap.
