Dead Rock and Copper.....

Hello, I have set up my shark pond, and have sand and salt in the pond already. Now I am on the stage of aquascaping it, I have about 2 buckets full of dried out live rock which i put it in tanks with copper. The rocks have been in the buckets for about 3 mos or so. Would the rocks be safe to add to the pond? If not what is there I can do to remove the copper, thanks a lot!

wash the rock very well, however this should be fine to add to the tank given most pet stores have copper running in all tanks but inv. tank. However, im not to familiar with sharks so take another person's word for it.:notsure:

Not a good idea. The smallest amount of copper will send them off feed and thet will starve. Or just freak out until they die.
