Death after filter change

Hello
I changed the media in my Fluval 404 last night. Well most of it. I left some bio-chem in there to continue the process. When I woke up this morning everyone in the tank was OK (Turbo Snails, Hermits Blood and Cleaner Shrimp and a Porclin crab) except 1 Emerald crab who i saw dead behind a bunch of LR. Does anyone know if I can expect more death . I did an ammonia test just now and the level is "0". And if the the dead crab is behind all that LR can I leave it?

If you have a cleanup crew they should take care of the crab. If they don't quickly you should get him out or you may have an ammonia spike. Are you sure the crab didn't just molt?

I second that. Could be a molt.
