Death of snails

I have a 12 gal nano with 3 blue legs, 10 cynarrius, and 5 turbos. All paremeters are perfect. BUT, a few of my turbos have died and i have no idea why?!?
Could this be a cause to low calcium?? Ive been out of the hobby for about a year now and just started up my new nano a month ago. Any suggestions or advice or ANSWERS would be great! hehe.
Thanks!

do you mean Turbos (round) or Astrea/Trochus (conical)? unfortunatley, folks refer to the latter as "Turbos" as well.
if you mean Turbos, they tend to do better in cooler water, and personally, i wouldn't add a Turbo to a tank that small unless i had a bad HA problem. your tank is pretty young and small to support that much CUC.
BTW, what's a "cynarrius"?? never heard of them. do you mean Nassarius? Cerith?
