Deaths

I've had my 25 gallon reef up and running for almost 5 months now.. My water levels have been perfect with the exception of an occasional Ph drop because of an Ick treatment that I used.. Now however my levels are perfect, and my fish all appear healthy.. However in the past 2 weeks an emerald crab, a coral bandit shrimp, and my beautiful fishers pygmy angel have mysteriously died.. No signs of abuse or anything, just dead.. I have no ammonia in my tank, no nitrites, ph is perfect, and salinity is perfect.. They are just dying.. I added some Coral catfish not too long ago and they all died, but I attribute that to the tank not being well enough established.. Not enough bacteria for them to thrive.. Any ideas as to what could be causing these deaths?? I'm stumped..

Just a possibility here! Some catfish are poisonous and carry toxins. I am not familiar with the common name coral catfish, what is their scientific name or other common names.
If you are not already then increase your water changes.

You can't "treat" reef systems, especially with the standard parasitic meds [like copper]. Doing so will kill inverts, coral, live rock. Anytime there is a necessity to treat fish, you must separate the fish and their treatment from the inverts.
