decent protein skimmers

i would have used the search thing in this forum but am in a hurry. i have a tight budget right now so i want to know if there are any worthwhile protein skimmers for around 75 or less. (i have a 55 gal. thanks.

I just picked one up for $100 at the lfs....have you looked at the selection at yours?
I am using a seaclone 100 and the prices online are lower than that of my store (of course). You should check into it.

all i have found at the lfs are a skilter 250 (junk) and something way too out of my budget, i think it was like $250 or more.

Yeah...then do a search for the seaclone 100. I found one looking for you on the net for about $60 (plus shipping). If you email me I could send you a link, or you can just search and find one yourself...it's not hard.
