Decommissioning my tank

I need some advice taking down my tank. I have had it up at least 5 years and I just don't have the time anymore for upkeep. Is there anything special I can need to do for the rock, sand & filters for future use?

If by future you mean years,i would get rid of the sand. and sterilize the rock and filters with bleach

Use bleach on the rocks? And yes, years. What would you do to make it worth more if I was to sell the whole thing?

You are talking about two different things IMO are you disassembling the tank for storage or are you looking to sell it immediately?

Well, storage. Suppose I was to sell immediately? What different steps would I take there vs storing it for future use?
