do you vaccum a deep sand bed ?
is a sand sifting star bad to have in a dsb? i have 3 in a 90.
are cerith snails [1inch] 12 in a 90 gallon bad with a deep sand bed?

hey there just questions that i've had conflicting answers to on these boards.
i'm about to increse my sand bed and i,m looking for help. there is no reason for you to yell like i'm some kind of idiot. why bother to responde if it's not constructive but just condesending?

no one was yelling, reefkprz has been away from the boards for a while and needs to get his record breaking post count back up, hence the short answers.
your SS stars will eat all of the beneficial microfauna out of your sandbed (and then starve), and vaccuuming is bad for your water quality & also damages the DSB.
