deflated anemone HELP!!!!

last night i had to go down satirs in the middle of the night and my anemone was really really defated then this morning the lights hadbeen on a few mins and he was still deflated nowhe puffed up alittle but not really heres a pic
hes a purple tip hiatian

heres my lights this is a 2' t5 i have directally over the anemone
this ison the back strip it has an antic blue and someotherkind that went weith it

Was there a string of stuff coming from it mouth like l brown or black stuff? If so it was probably poopping. The mouth hole is the same hole for its poopping hole.
Just give it sometime it will come back.

no it wasnt poopingbut it did reinflate it was just weird i havent seen it that small b4

Its a common thing....It happens when they digest food...(What I have heard)..Nothing to be alarmed about..

Dont worry about it at all. I have the same type in my room and almost every morning its about the size of a dime and then by noon it'll be as big as my hand, they just do it.
