deflated anemone

I am prob freaking out over nothing, I checked my tank last night when the lights where out everything checked okay. The Anemone was fully open and fine, this morning when I looked he was completely deflated... Okay they tend to do that. that was around 11am this morning. I just checked back now and he still is!!! is it normal for them to be deflated for most of the day... I did feed him on 9/9/08 ate the sliver slider and was full and happy...

i have the exact same anemone , color and all. Mine has deflated a few times before. Once because i fed it cooked shrimp woops. haha. the other is just tonight because i left my lights on for 3 extra hours by accident.
how is yours doing? i see that the mouth might be coming out, thats usually a bad sign IMO
