Its very amazing how close your able to get with the standard canon 18-55mm kit lens, turning off the pumps is a great idea.
All I have to say is amazing!!! Some of those Zoo's I would love to get my hands on, where are you located please tell me some where close to Indianapolis lol

She mentioned turning off all the pumps and tripod she prob sets her shutter speed down low and uses the timer to snap the shots. That will bring the lighting and colors out like crazy but Im a beginning when it comes to this stuff.

My light is a PFO mini pendant with a galaxy ballast.
lol I hate zoas. I've lost most of them. I have good luck with SPS, so that's what I'm sticking to.
I live kind of far from you.... San Francisco lol

I just traded some of my mini carpet anemones at Atlantis and got this really cool red one!
I'll take a better picture when it opens up more.

I guess it's just called an ATL red mini carpet anemone, so I'll name it ATL bloody Mary mini! Sounds better lol
