Detaching Feather duster

I have a feather duster that has allocated himself in a really bad spot. He kinda welded himself behind a rock. Is there a way of detaching him by any chance?

yes, youll end up tearing up his tube most likely, and he'll either make a new one or get eaten by other tank mates before he can make the new one.
Once they are secured.... you are kind of out of luck unless he is just attached in one little spot. If hes 'anchored' youll end up mauling his tube to get him out.
Good luck

Sorry but I totally disagree with you, I have currently moved a feather duster that had attached himself to a rock in my 55gal into my 30gal. It is a process that takes a while but if you wiggle him long enough it will detatch with out causing harm. (you must becareful not to rip the bottom of the tube where the worm actually feels secure. Like I said this takes alittle while but most definately can be done.

I also removed one from a spot. Like the other poster stated. It can be done. You just have to be careful when you do it. Try and peel him as close to the area he attached as possible.
