I have detritis that builds up on the sand, I try vacuming it out, but it comes back, I have an ample cleanup crew, I thought about a gobie, buy they eat all the sand fauna, nad pile the substrate up in the corners. What to do?

Try feeding less.
I have none. My tank has 2 clown fish and a minimal clean-up crew in a 75.
I occasionally find some snail poop but just vacume it out with a turkey baster. ;)

My lfs started getting detrius conchs.
They look like snails, but they eat waste and such. They are keeping the tank really clean. Be really careful though, I have heard there are different types and some arent very nice to your reef.

Feed less and get a brittle star if you have room for it.
My 29gal has 5 hermits and a brittle star and no detrius

I got a U build it package from SWF and ordered 2 brittle stars and 2 serpent stars. After this I read else where that they really do require a lot of food. So I am wondering if I overdid it. I also have comming 2 pepermint shrimp, 4 fighting conchs, 4 queen conches, 10 scarlets, and 3 emerald crabs.
