Devil's Finger is sad =(

I got this blue devils finger about a week ago and for the first 5 days he was open and looked happy. Now he looks closed up and sad. Please help.

make sure its getting plenty of flow so it can shed.

it has alot of flow, but are you sure its just shedding? it doesnt look to good.

Two possibilities...
1. it is getting ready to shed, and they do look like they are dying when they do it.
The cure...leave the good flow of water on it to help it shed.
2. If the coral is down flow from a more aggressive coral it may be suffering from chemical warfare.
The cure...redirect the water flow or move the coral, and run some carbon to clear up the toxins.
You will know if it's trying to shed, it will get a film on it and then the film will start flowing in the water current until it's washed away. A couple of days max to see it start to shed.
