Devils Hand Question

I have a devils hand and toadstool under 4x65w pc's and my Devils Hand looks bad on the tips of a couple of finger projections. Lighter than the rest. What color is it suppose to be? What signs do I need to look for that it's not doing well? Sometimes it reaches up and out all around it other times it rocks the rock its attached to, sometimes it shrinks down. ARe there suppose to be polyps or tentacle type things that come out?
The Toadstool is happy I think, looks like the pictures!

Here is mine fully open.


When shedding and at night it turns green and shrinks.
