devourie kits?

i have had my set up since nov(with a few problems) i then reset it up late march early april, i have 40 pounds of live sand in my 20g(long style tank) now the sand i have it has the bacteria in it(and is slowly getting more and more as days go on) however what im wondering about is where can i get a good devourir kit?, cause im like mr.salty(and a few others) that went with the live sand in a bag, it has the bacteria but not anything else live in there , where can i get a good devour kit and actually whats in a kit?
