Diagnosis please: Blonde Naso

I've got a Blonde Naso in QT for what I thought was a bacterial infection. Been treating him with Melafix for about 5 days, but it seems to be getting worse, so I thought I'd get help here.
The marks are white, and almost appear to be scratches in some cases, just smudges in other cases. Color is consistent - white, but they don't seem to have any consistent shape, and are not raised at all. One of his tankmates (in qt too) is an emperor angel, and they get after eachother every once in a while, but it's nothing I'd consider "aggression". Could this be causing what I'm seeing, and not some mystery illness?
I've maintained a 150 for about 2 years now, and am fairly experienced. The naso is a new addition, and I'm not sure if this is common with Naso tangs, so if anyone could shed light on this problem, I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!!

Can you post pictures of this. Could it be head and lateral line erosion? Look at the pictures in the Diseased Fish Thread.
