I've had a Diatom bloom for the past two weeks. It started in the 4th week of the cycle. How long do they last for?

It will last up to a month or more. Speed it up by have great flow in the tank and running the lights like you will when you stock the tank.

6 nassarious and 9 hermits in a 80g tank is not a sufficient clean up crew.
I have 20 nassarious, 20 turbos and 20 hermits in a 46g. I'll keep going, 2 cucumbers, 4 emeralds, a brittle star, 2 queen conchs and a cb shrimp, and 5 cleaner clams.
Now that's a cleaning crew.

There's no need for degrading my tank. I think my tank looks beautiful.
You said you have diatoms problems... I was simply trying to help point out why you have problems.
My tank looks great without diatoms!!!
