did i get the right stuff to seal the inside of my stand???

i went to home depot, was gonna get the poly, then seen spira urathane, and then the guy told me to get the following because its the same thing and cheaper in price....
Behr - water proofing wood protector - natural no. 300
is this ok to use on the inside of my stand?
it says on the side...
