Did I kill my live rock?

I brought some live rock home that I was told was cycled. However I noticed some debris on it still and was worried it would cause my tank to cycle again. I put it in a bucket of saltwater and an airstone, but I don;t have an extra heater. It has been in there about a week at 60 degrees.

no, it probably won't kill it completely, but will more than likely slow down the growth of many things, including bacteria
