Did I kill my LR?

I have been without my PC's for about a year. Did I kill my LR? All the little goodies that live on them are gone. Will they come back wih good lighting agan?

except for the personal computer was everything else the same? temp, water, etc.? i would say probably. it may not look live, but there are definately tons of worms and bacteria and such still living in them.
