Did I ruin my corals?

So last week I bought a favia and acan frag. I also bought 3 sps corals. The frags were under led lighting at the store. I put them in my tank that has 2 150w mh and 4 t5ho lights. The favia got stressed the second I put him in the tank and is bleaching. The acan looks okay, but now the sps are really starting to bleach. The Lfs told me I didn't need to start the sps on the sand so I didn't. I assume this is what is bleaching them? My question is what do I do now? I'm only running my mh 4 hours per day. How do I get their color back?

I don't know if it is to late, but lower them, and every few days raise them a little
that is what I did with my new acro, adn it workd out good

It completely depends on what type of LED lighting fixture they were under in the store. As a general rule I start all my corals at the bottom, or midway and slowly move them up. Even in the LFS kept them under 150watt, or even 250watt MH's, chances are they don't maintain them the same way we do in our tanks. I know that the one LFS that I buy from regularly only changes out their halide bulbs every 2 years or when they blow out, whichever comes first.
Anyways, I don't think it's too late, I do suggest lowering the corals down. I'm assuming all other parameters are in check?

How long should it take for them to get their color back? Is it really possible that my 2 150's are too much for these coral. On my setup the fixture is fairly close to the water. One thing that doesn't make sense to me is that zoa's are showing no signs of being stressed and they're higher in the tank. It's really just the frags that are struggling.

every coral is different. zoas are tougher than sps and lps. favia should so fine low to mid level under ur lighting. led light isnt as intense and focus as mh, and thats probably why ur new corals were stressed.
