did my LFS screw me over? HELP

My LFS told me this al i need for my hammer that I just got. Here is a link to the stuff tell me what you guys think. *Link Removed* do i have to feed my hammer/other corals besides this? I just saw that my link was removed sorry about that. The stuff is call Reef Solution. Has anyone head of it. Just google it if you dont mind and there is a link for a online fish store on the right.

I used that stuff for a while and didn't see that it had any effect, good or bad, on my corals. Hammers get most of what they need from lighting they also absorb nutrients from the water column (like tiny bits of food your fish didn't eat). Technically that is what reef solutions is, but various experts have said it probably doen't do much more than dirty up your water.
Some people have gotten their hammers to eat small bits of shrimp or other seafood, but I never had any luck with that.
