Dieing?

I have rearranged the rock in my tank, and now my colt has drawn up and turned a grayish blue color. Is it dieing?

Doubt it. When they shrivel because they are ticked about water conditions, usually the contracting makes them appear purple/blue/violet (somewhere around there). Once your tank settles back down, it'll probably be ok; unless pockets of REALLY old stuff trapped under the rocks was released.
