My tomato eats just about anything. I give him flake food most of the time, and once or twice a week I'll feed him shrimp or fish. Bloodworms are good occasionally as well.

Yes I would include greens in their diet . For example I feed mine , Ocean Nutrition Formula 1,2, Prime Reef , and Brine shrimp flake food along with cyclop-eez . Formula 1,2 , Brine shrimp plus , Cyclop-eez , mysis , and squid frozen foods .

No , cyclop-eez is a different food than the formula foods . They are listed twice as I have both dry and frozen cyclop-eez .

some people make their own food you just have to be careful about whats in it. hopefully someone with some experience will chime in.

Get some "Rods Food"!

It has:
Shrimp, Scallop, Oyster, Clam, Squid, Octopus, Brine, Krill, Mysis, Grouper (or perch), Red Nori, green Nori, Broccoli, carrot, Frozen red plankton, Golden pearl (7 sizes), DTs Oyster eggs, Selco, Fresh hatched brine, Freshly harvested rotifers
I think Reefs Edge in Romeoville has it.
You're lucky to be in the Chicagoland area where its available.
Its really the best for clowns and a lot less messy than making your own.

If they dont have it, call around. Alot of LFS in the area carry it.
Or you could take a ride to Rods in DeKalb.
