Difference in PC and VHO lighting?

IMO...you got NO lighting, then comes VHOs and PCs, then T5s, and then finally MHs.
VHOs - better color, larger, warmer than PCs, cheaper to replace
PCs- smaller, run cooler, more expensive, be careful when buying true actinics
No real difference in what you can keep. I believe some SPS will be ok, way UP TOP, under those two light setups. Wattage is not the determining factor now a days, most of the time intensity is whats needed, however make sure you have enough of the PC or VHO to sustain the life you want. Range of 4+ Watts/gallon is good. The more the better, IMO.
