It appears that I have salt creep on the back of tank and no mater what I use it will not go away. The strange thing is when I wipe it down it seems that the glass is clean but if you wait a moment the image of fogginess on the glass returns. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it? I have tried viniger but I didnt let it sit all that long. Thanks!

Watch the top of your tank and see where water is splashing over, then fix it. If you do water changes and make a big mess, you could be causing overflow out the back of the tank.
To get it clean, use a razor blade to scrape it off, and be very careful of the silicone seems. After you get a lot of the creep off, spray a paper towel with some ammonia based glass cleaner. Do not spray it around the tank. Then wipe it down as much as you can with the paper towel. It usually takes about 3 to 5 times and some elbow grease, but it will get clean.
