Dinki's 55 gallon

I've been having my tank up and running for almost a year now. In February I added some mushroom and zoos to my 45lb of live rock.
Fast forward to this past week. My wife came in and told me my neighbor was tearing down his tank after 10 years. He had let the tank go for a while and just didn't have the time to maintain it. He gave me about 25lbs of live rock which is covered in all kinds of goodness.
Here's how the tank looks today:

Can someone ID the tentacle-like things in the center? My neighbor told me what they were but I forgot. This stuff had taken over his tank. I had to weed a good bit of it from the rock.

Neighbor told me that this is a long tentacle leather (about 5 inches in diameter). He had a GIANT one of these in the tank. It was way too big for my tank and he had it in a 28 gallon! Looked to be about 10-12 inches wide.

Another ID please. He told me this one as well but I forgot. Any thoughts on where I should place it (does it need more light)?
You'll also see some blue mushrooms that were growing on the glass in his tank. I've found a few more of these in the tank as well as some white and yellow sponges.

Another long tentacle leather. This one is a little smaller. Around 3 inches.
Just to let you guys know, I did ask if my lights were up to the job for these corals and he told me that none of them required lots of light.
I'm hoping that the blue mushrooms grow well so that I can get a little color going in the tank. I'll be on the look out for some more colorful corals to add a little more flavor.
Thanks for looking....
