I've been researching all day. Found this chart.
I wanted to point out that this chart is not specifically for seahorses. Some of the meds hear, especially the copper, are not safe to use with horses.

Found it on a site that included seahorses. I liked it mainly because it lists suggested medications for the disease.

Please be sure that any treatment in a seahorse tank does not contain copper!!
Always ask about a proposed treatment, or google the treatment to ensure that it does not contain copper.

Examples: Formaline III contains copper, as does Quinex.
Seahorses and pipefish cannot tolerate copper's effects internally.

This chart is not horse specific. I thought the helpful part was that observations/diseases were given specific meds for each case

I know..the first two directives were worrisome, though. One might unknowingly think they were doing right to use these to QT or acclimate seahorses.
