disease ID?

I noticed a white circular wart looking thing on one of my green chromies. It is located right near or on the one of the gills......could this be ich? It developed over night. I have seen ich before on freshwater fish, smaller salt grain white spots however this one is much larger.
Any ideas? I will try and get a picture up

How long have you had this fish? Or added new fish to the tank? If it is a single pump, it could well be just a single parasite.

they were my first after cycling 1 month...I added 3 of them at the same time, no other fish have been intorduced.Yes, it is one single white bump.......I have started with soaking food in garlic, hope this helps??
