I have the following stocked in a 125 reef tank:
2 stripped damsels
2 yellow damsels
1 brittle star
1 serpent star
2 yellow damsels
1 Kole Tang
1 Hippo tang
1 foxface
Pink Tip Anemone
Curly tip Anemone
2 Clown fish
1 Skunk Shrimp ( larger)
Bar Goby
Green Mandarin
Lawn Mower Blenny
Rusty Clown Goby
Lemon Peel Angel
Coral banded shrimp ( larger )
My problem is this... I have put in a Arrow crab whgo was fine for about two weeks when I noticed a leg missing then he went missing altogether about a week later. Introduced two fire shrimp, and and skunk shrimp ( all fairly small) never to be seen. I introduced two sally light foot crabs, one disappeared after a week then I took notice once again theat the larger one was missing a leg..now he's gone. Who the heck is killing off the crabs and shrimp????????????????
The stars are fairly large but from what I have read they are no threat..I am totally baffled and ticked off
Anyone have an idea?
