Does anybody have any links or schematics for making your own Auto Top Off unit? I found one that looks incredibly easy and inexpensive to make on youtube, buuuut, in reading the comments beneath the video... this DIY is also somewhat likely to inadvertently electrocute you. Not so keen on that part.
I'm not looking for anything fancy. Just a float switch that will tell a pump to turn on so it can shove some water from a bucket, through a flexible tube and into the sump. But, I don't know how to safely connect them.
