I am in the process of getting the supplies that i need to build a HOB refugium. I was wondering if anyone could point me in a direction for a powerhead to supply the refugium. I was thinking of a small rio or similar with a low amount of flow, maybe around 75-125 gph. Is that a good amount of flow, too high too low? Thats about the only thing that is holding me up. Any opinions on the flow would be great.
