Can I use a Penguin350 as a HOB refugium ?

Yes, check out this link. There used to be a really good thread on a DIY HOB Fuge, but I can't find it. The poster used egg crate to ensure that cheato and the LR didn't spill over into the tank, or into the area that had the pump:

The idea is you place a small clipon light, some LR, LS, and some cheato in there.
