DIY Kreisel

I am going to be workin on a homemade Kreisel over the next few months. I have decided to do a smaller tank, and i will be using a 55 gallon as my base, I will split the tank and half, use half the tank for the Kreisel and the other half for the filtration.
a guy at the LFS has molds for to melt acyrlic into circles, so i have that part done. Picture one I drew is off the setup, I kinda stole plans off of a company who makes these tanks proffessionally, I changed the bioballs w/ a livesand/rock filtration, im still debating whether it split that section in half and use both, but ill figure that out w/ more research. As you can see, I will stick of piece of glass or acrylic in the center of the tank so it is like 2 tanks, then i will insert an overflow to move water from one side to the other at a equal flow rate, the return will be made of pvc, and will have a manual pressure controller attached to it (since jellys require slow but constant current) The end of the return pipe will extend the 12 1/2 inches of the width of the tank, and have slits in it to push water out. the circled Kreisel will help flow the water in a circle. on the reverse side of the intake for the waterflow will be a bunch of small drilled holes to allow biological waste to trickle down to the bottom, and then u can siphon it up to keep it clean...here are my current plans, the first is of the tank, and the second is of the return. after I get my 125 100% up and running, ill be starting this beast of a project (I love engineering and designing, so this will keep me sane and happy for a good long while
) any input on how to improve upon this design will be appretiated, critism is welcomed and highly recommened, i want to make this as perfect as possible.
