DIY MH Help

Hey, Im looking into doing a DIY metal halide setup for my 75 gallon but Im not exactly sure where to start. I tried researching, but it was all starting to feel confusing and overwhelming
. Is there anyone on here who can help clear it all up for me?
What parts do I need, what are the good and bad brands, things like that.

Another question I just thought of: How much lighting will I need for my tank? I plan on keeping SPS in it.

I plan on building a canopy to attach it all to (the one part I actually feel I can handle, lighting on the other hand...)

I just ordered Ice cap retro kits for my canopy. They come in 2x 175 and 2x250. you get two reflectors, sockets, cords, ballats, and bulbs

Do you think you could PM me where you got it from, I cant seem to find it. Also, The pic looks a lot like the Reef Optix Reflector I found, not sure why though.
And which wattage do you think I should get?

How tall is your tank. I have a 150 that is 25 inches tall and have 250s. not sure for a 75 gal tank.

I just sent you a pm about it, sorry for being redundant. My tank is 23'' deep from the outside
