DIY rock have ????

If I do decide to make my own rock got a couple questions
1. can I cure it in freshwater and then store it until im ready to set up my tank
2.should I just store then cure it in freshwater then salt then in my tank

when i make mine i cure for a month, the let dry and sit out for a while. then back to curing.

If you cure for 6-8 weeks in fresh, then let it sit out in the air, all should be fine. Just put it in a safe place.
