DIY tank and sump questions.

Well, this is going to be my first big dog tank, so I have a couple questions about the overflow area and sump baffles. First, the overflow for a drilled tank that has the teeth on it, weir ?, is to be how high? from the tank top to the teeth?
Second, Is there a set height for the baffles in a sump/refrigium?
I have a 65 gallon tall that I will use. Any help would be great. The tank is a 180 gallon and is drilled. I am hoping to use a Durso drain to the sump and a couple loc lines for the returns.

The Blue lines are the drains from the main tank to the sump. They will go into compartment 1, over into the refrigium (with 1 divider) and then to the pump compartment. The orange is the sand bed and brown meatballs are LRR. The red lines go to the DT and there I want to trans plant my Mangroves to the back of the DT. Th box to the left of the sump is going to be the QT so I don't have to hear my wife complain about all my tanks. Otherwise, she will get to get another Bird...
My main concern is the heights of the baffles and (?) weir for the Display.
