Maybe, maybe not. If they are paired then there's less chance of fighting. If they aren't paired and both want it then there probably will be fighting.

If they paired they will fight! if they not paired, usually the bigger one win the anemone! remeber, tank raised percula might not take anomone at all, my 3 percula, i tried carpet, bubble, long tentacle. now they end up with goniopora!
remeber, now they are small, when they gettin bigger the chance they fight will increase! if you add percula or tomato, the famale will be very aggressive to other kind of clowns.

I disagree with this, IME if they are paired they will most likely live peacefully in the same anemone. Otherwise, I wouldn't consider them a pair.

what i'm sayin is if you had different kind of clowns in the tank, if you paired up 1 kind, the female will be very aggressive to other clown! if you dont paied up they might have a chance to live in the same anemones for a short period of time!

First off I think many people will agree that you should NOT mix your clowns. From experience. We had a pair of tomato clowns and 1 small ocellaris clown. Well one of the tomato clowns died. The other clown did turn aggressive to the our Ocellaris and any other fish we had. Later on we took the tomato clown back to a LFS and got another Ocellaris clown. My Pair have paired up very nicely. They do sleep and eat in the same area together. One is not far from the other. Just like in the wild when a pair mate they are unlikely ever seperated from each other.
You might be thinking that the female is being aggressive but in fact it's actually called the dominance stage or Bickering stage. That clownfish go through before they become a pair.
In my clowns the female is the dominate one and the male is the submissive.
A good book to read is 'clownfishes" by joyce d wilkerson.

IMHO: You should decide which clownfish you like better and exchange the other for a mate for the one you like. Then they will be able to live in anemone together. Maybe in a bigger tank of course. But also clowfish DO NOT NEED anemone. It's just a HOUSE. They will make what ever or were ever home. Do YOU NEED a HOUSE to live and MATE in? NO. You can do it very easily in an apartment or a rented room. Just trying to make my point.
Good LUck
