Do I have enough flow?

Hey guys i have a 210 gallon fowlr and I wanted to know if i have enough flow. I have 2 Fluval Fx6's, Hydor wavemaker, and a 18 watt uv sterilizer. I was thinking of replacing the hydor and going with vortech need some input on what I should do.

Is there detritus accumulating on the sandbed or on the rocks??
If not, then your should be good to go.

Thanks. I ended up switching out the hydor and I now have two Vortech MP40's
