Do I need a powerhead?

I'm running a Rena Filstar XP2 in a 29 gallon fish only tank. Do I need an additional powerhead or is the Rena's output enough? thanks!

what's the output? you should be fine with any/all of your equipment pushing roughly 10x the volume of your tank every hour. 29gal x 10 = 290 gal/hr

is it a reef? if so, you might want some more water movement.

Could never hurt to add one..just for more circulation..
