do i need a uv

i have a 75 gallon fowlr what does a uv sterilizer do and do i need one i will have a lion and an eel and maybe a trigger or a lunar wrasse

A UV sterilizer does just that... staralize. It kills microbes in the water as they go through it. They can be really handy if you have a disease outbreak. Other than that you really should not need one. If you cen get one cheap then it would be worth it to limit disease if and when (more likely when ) it occurs.
