Do I need LS in my tank? I already have LR and CC.

First of all, I would get rid of the CC if I were you and replace it with aragonite sand. CC is too large and traps detritous, which can lead to water problems such as elevated ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate.
Nobody "needs" live sand. However, it is very helpful in speeding up the cycling of your tank.

It is good to have. It wont really help speed the cycle that mutch most of your biolodical filtration comes from live rock. Though some comes from the sand just not as mutch. Also if you have a deep sand bed around 4 to 8 inches it will help remove nitrates.
